Are there dog friendly cruises?

I live in Philadelphia PA and am wondering if there are any cruises where you can take your dog along with you.

The only cruise line that accepts pets is Cunard's QE2; however, they do so on a very limited basis.

Only Cunard cruise lines allows dogs and they have to stay in a kennel. They can not go to your cabin and can be walked only in certain areas. The only exception is a guide dog or a service dog. I do wish cruise lines would allow dogs, but they don't.
