I have been to Bermuda on cruises a couple times. I know a couple of the cruise lines do cruises to Bermuda out of Boston. The 5 to 7 days that they do will be plenty enough time to see Bermuda and do whatever you want. There is not a lot to see in Bermuda, the best part of it is the very pretty pink sand beaches. You can tour the island in a day. The two main town are St George and Hamilton. There is a cavern near St George which is interesting. The Royal Dockyard is at one end of the island, kinda like a museum and you can see it in a couple hours. There is a lighthouse that you can visit near Elbow beach.

The best way to get around in Bermuda is to buy a 'TRANSPORTATION PASS'. You can get a 2,3 or 4 day pass (about $30) that will let you ride the busses all over the island, and also let you ride the ferry across the bay so you can see the island from the water. The busses run frequently and are safe. They will take you to the beaches also. WE actually bought a transportation pass and rode the ferry to the dockyard and then rode the bus back to town(Hamilton) to see the island. Then we took the bus to the lighthouse.

The main thing to do in Bermuda is beach, or golf. The beaches are great, go to more than one, each is unique. If you want to snorkel, go to Tobacco Bay beach near St George, a long walk from the pier, but walkable.

I'm booked on the NCL Majesty for July 9. If you can wait, I'll let you know how it goes. Need quicker info. Try CruiseCritic.com Lots of people sharing their thoughts on cruising. The Majesty has a real mixed bag of comments, but many people have taken it repeatedly. It seems like a good deal and we're giving it a try. This is our second cruise. Leaving from Boston saves us the extra airfare. Good for the budget.

I guess you are wanting to go from the Boston port. Royal Caribbean, Norweigan and Holland America all offer a cruise from your port. Norweigan offers the cruise to Bermuda.

Here are a few links that should help you with your research:

Hope this helps!
